Image Use Agreement

Fab4Pets.com will provide the undersigned distributors and retailers with images of Fab4Pets containing product photographs under the following terms and conditions. By copying or downloading the images , you acknowledge that you have read and understood, and agree to the Image Usage Agreement.  If you do not agree with the terms, please do not copy, download or use the images.

We encourage the distributors and retailers who use the images for promotional materials such as advertisements to share their artworks with the Fab4Pets Marketing Department to ensure the brand consistency throughout the nation. Please send artworks to info@fab4Pets.com for review prior to online placement and printing.

Usage Agreement:

1. The images and logos on the download page are for the sole purpose of promoting Fab4Pets brand and its products by the undersgined distributors and retailers. Any other purposes in using these images are strictly prohibited.

2. Fab4Pets prohibits the sale of these images to third parties. Fab4Pets is and shall retain the sole and exclusive ownership of the images, and prohibits modifications of the designs and photo elements. If such actions are necessary, the distributors and retailers are required to send artworks to the marketing department of Fab4Pets at info@fab4pets.com for review before placements on websites, online/offline advertisements, and any promotional materials.
